Mahfuza Humayra Mohona is a talented software engineer with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. She has a passion for developing dynamic web projects and has experience working with all stages of the development cycle. Mahfuza's project portfolio includes a range of exciting projects such as a Face Recognition System, Image Classifier based on Deep Learning (Supervised/Unsupervised), Image Classification Algorithms, Recommendation Systems, and Natural Language Processing using NLP techniques. Currently, Mahfuza is working as an Outreachy Intern at Wikimedia Foundation where she is working on automatically matching new Wikipedia articles with Wikidata items using Python project under the mentorship of Mike Peel. In the past, Mahfuza has worked as a Mentee @ CNCF-Kyverno at The Linux Foundation where she worked on Kyverno, a policy engine designed for Kubernetes. She also worked as a Junior Software Engineer at Syntec Consulting Limited, a specialized software company providing solutions for Healthcare (EHR and EMR), Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence. Mahfuza has a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Brac University. She has also completed several Nanodegree programs in Deep Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning from Udacity.
